David McIntosh

Dave McIntosh is EVP, Business & Legal Affairs for Shout! Studios where he oversees Shout!’s content windowing strategies across all platforms, including theatrical releases, SVOD & broadcast deals, and transactional digital sales (EST, TVOD and MVPD VOD). Dave previously served as SVP Content Licensing & Strategy. Dave has been with Shout! from its early days and been a key driver in the company’s ongoing transition into multi-platform distribution.

Prior to joining Shout!, Dave served as Senior Corporate Counsel for RioPort.com, an early distributor of online music and audiobooks. At RioPort, he served as a liaison between the record labels and its online partners including Best Buy, MTV, and VH1. Between 1996-1999, Dave was the Manager of Licensing at Rhino Entertainment where he licensed hundreds of CDs for the label, including the highly acclaimed Beg, Scream & Shout: The Big Ol' Box of '60s Soul, and Nuggets: Original Artifacts From The First Psychedelic Era, 1965-1968.

A graduate of California Western School of Law and Fairfield University, Dave lives in Culver City with his family. In his free time, he watches far too much television.
