Shout! Studios And Nash Entertainment Sign Multi-Series Content Deal For Entertainment Distribution

Shout! Studios, a multi-platform media company, and Nash Entertainment announced today a major distribution deal to bring a library of popular unscripted programs to digital streaming platforms across all territories. The announcement was made today by Garson Foos, CEO of Shout! Studios, Jeffrey Peisch, Senior Vice President of Programming and New Business Development at Shout! Studios, and Bruce Nash, President and CEO of Nash Entertainment.

This multi-year deal provides Shout! Studios with extensive worldwide rights, including streaming, video-on-demand, and digital rights to over 18 unscripted shows, boasting over 600 episodes of entertainment programming. Popular shows and series include “Amazing Sports Stories,” “Breaking the Magician's Code: Magic's Biggest Secrets Finally Revealed,” “Caught Red Handed,” “Destination Danger,” “For Better or For Worse,” “For Love or Money” (Seasons 1- 4), “For Love or Money Reunion Special,” “Meet My Folks,” “Moments of Impact,” “Most Daring,” “Most Shocking,” “Road Trip,” “Top 20 Funniest,” “Top 20 Most Shocking,” “Totally Outrageous Behavior,” “Who Wants to Marry My Dad?” (Seasons 1 and 2), “Who Wants to Marry Dad? Reunion Special,” “World’s Most Amazing Videos” (Seasons 1- 4), and “World’s Worst Drivers.”

This content deal with Nash Entertainment supports Shout’s long-term growth strategy of all-rights acquisitions and worldwide distribution of quality programming across multiple digital streaming platforms. It continues to demonstrate the company’s unique ability to identify, reinvigorate, and expand the potential of entertainment content and create additional long-term value for pop-culture brands.

This deal was negotiated by Steven Katz, Vice President of Business Affairs at Shout! Studios, and Michael J. Kagan at Range Media Partners and Bob Wyman at Davis Wright Tremaine on behalf of Nash Entertainment.
